5-Star Hotels in Tianjin, China

My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

The River view rooms with the round bath tub are truly fantastic, we stay here purely for these rooms, the windows can open so if its that special time of year when the Aircon never gets turned on around Tianjin then atleast its possible to cool and breathe. But there is 1 complaint.. the amount used to reserve the rooms is 1 time with Trip at the value of the room , then again at the hotel and again for the room ... so your budget needs to be 3 times the room rate per night which is incredibly annoying ... the mini bar has about 300 CNY worth of drinks so why do you need to take 1000 in security? Trip why do you need to take more than 1000 at all?

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming front desk team who made check-in a breeze. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. The accommodations were nothing short of delightful; my room was not only spacious but also elegantly decorated, providing a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary snacks and a well-stocked coffee station, which made my stay feel special. One of the highlights of my visit was the serene outdoor garden, a hidden gem where I could escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or simply relax with a good book. The hotel's dining experience was another highlight. I dined at the on-site restaurant, where the exquisite menu showcased local flavors and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the chef's special for dinner—it was truly a culinary delight.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

The staff had been very friendly and helpful. The shop and restaurant is downstairs which is convenient. Subway is across the strew so it’s easy to travel . Overall great hotel and will be back here in the future

Travel back in time Booking the Victoria room in the museum wing was the best decision and the best offer money wise (compared with the same retro hotels in Hongkong, for example, where room rate may start from 3000 yuan) The atmosphere was truly vintage, the decor and furniture, accessories and overall aesthetic was astonishing. The room was equipped with anything one may imagine, including a capsule coffee machine. High ceilings, cozy rooms, balcony and authentic wooden door and original parquet. The bed itself was out of a fairy tale, with the four stands and canopy. The service was outstanding The package contained even a brief photo session, while the make up was performed by the artist in the full version The location is excellent except it was not easy to find any restaurants close-by. Breakfast was great, including milky oatmeal and perfect coffee. Historical museum in the basement floor is providing essential and interesting information about the Hotel’s history, must visit. The most fabulous part of the hotel complex is the historic wing, with the former lobby, O’hara bar , the oldest elevator in China installed by OTIS, and suits upstairs.

The service at the business hotel is very good. Ge Rui and Chen Yingmiao at the front desk upgraded the room type, assisted in issuing the invoice, and personally led us to the room, which was very efficient. When checking in, I muttered to my colleague, ”The weather in the north is so dry. I forgot to bring moisturizer. It was a mistake.” Then when I got to the room after dinner, I saw the Yanyuan customized moisturizer (Tianjin hotels do not actively provide disposable products). This is the best service I have encountered in so many business trips to the north, so I specially wrote down the name, it must be 5 Star!

Perfect location. Perfect film. Perfect history. Perfect hardware facilities. The sanitation is average, there are ants in the room. The breakfast is very worrying... I don't know how to describe the breakfast in the five-star hotel I have eaten... Whether it is Chinese, Western or local specialties, it can only be eaten half-baked... The feeling of being neither good nor bad.
