Finally, the driver came, and he parked a very shabby Wuling Hongguang. I asked if it was the Liya Hotel pick-up? Why was it a Wuling Hongguang? Isn’t it a Buick? The stranger next to me looked at me, looked at the car, shook his head at me, and signaled me not to get in the car... Later, I confirmed the driver's phone number and license plate model and license plate number with the hotel repeatedly, and I reluctantly got in the car (I was really exhausted after waiting too long and dragging my luggage too far) I called the front desk and the hotel was too bullying. The environment of the car can be imagined. The driver opened the door, and the people waiting for the car next to him said that the hotel used a 20,000 yuan car to pick people up... It was dirty, smelly, and there was no air conditioning. The ventilation on all sides made me collapse Environment: The hotel is located in a building materials city, a hardware factory, with a very poor environment and particularly poor sound insulation. The coughing in the corridor can be heard clearly. The doors and windows are closed tightly, and the conversations downstairs seem to be sitting by my bed and laughing... I really collapsed... Hygiene: It's still good, and the pillows are very comfortable! This is something I can praise, but the air conditioner is too loud, and the sound insulation is very poor, I feel like I'm living in the engine room of an airplane... Service: It seems like there is nothing... When checking in, the front desk lady was also confused and couldn't understand what I was saying... ❌❌❌Free airport pick-up: Be careful!!! The room is spacious and clean with modern facilities. It is located near the airport, which is convenient for taking flights, but you can't hear any sound from the planes. The parking lot is spacious enough, the bed is soft but supportive, the bathroom is well designed, and daily washing, showering, and convenience are divided into three independent areas without interfering with each other. The room rate is not high, and eating and shopping are very convenient.

The good thing is that I got a free room upgrade. I didn't notice that the room I originally booked didn't have a window. I wanted to pay extra for the upgrade, but it was changed for free. Then the problem arises. First, the TV in the room we moved to wouldn't turn on and the toilet was clogged. After the toilet was clogged, I went downstairs to change rooms. The front desk insisted that the security guard go up with me to unclog the toilet. It took a long time to unclog it, but I was afraid that it would continue to be clogged, so I communicated with the front desk and changed rooms. The third room had water bottles in the bathroom, a dirty towel hanging outside, and breakfast was lacking. The airport pick-up service mentioned last is limited to certain time periods. It is not available before 10 am and after 6 pm.

周邊環境非常差，一個修車工業園及一個大型停車場，比大城市落後二十年你想想那環境？團隊因近機場價格低住這裏可理解，但攜程收這樣的價格介紹這樣的灑店給我們二十年的老客户到底想幹嘛？又上當了廣大客户小心不要上當住市區最多打車到機場是多點車費也不要上攜程的當。這個店周邊環境極差，設施須新但不合理衞生一般服務較差前台女服務員蹲下抽煙，整個大廳一股煙味。請問攜程有沒有去實地考核過就上線？這樣對待信任了你二十年的老客户？？？？
