Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay. The staff even cleared the snow on our car in the morning before we left. Very thoughtful. Thanks to all the staff for wonderful stay.

Hotel is 3km away from Tateyama station, good place to stay for Kurobe Alphine Route. Staff were helpful in explaining all details and directions for the Alphine Route,even helped us to reserve car delivery at the station a day in advance. Dinner and breakfast were good,very satisfying.

The hotel said they had a car to pick up the hotel...but the only problem was that I couldn't get through by phone...I almost had to walk from Tateyama Station to the hotel. Fortunately, a hotel shuttle bus came...otherwise, I would have been exhausted walking up the mountain to the hotel...I suggest that the hotel put the shuttle service time information online so that guests can easily understand it.
