Central Tokyo
Location: Located close to one of the busiest business districts in the area (Yurakucho), which means many izakaya nearby too. Good subway access. There's also a 24/7 udon place nearby, good for if you have late night cravings. Cleanliness: Simple layout and great cleanliness, as expected of a Japanese business hotel. Service: 24/7 concierge staff speak English and are happy to help anytime. Facilities: Biggest plus has to be the free breakfast croissants/scones (depending on the day). They provide travel adapters, ethernet cables and multi-charger cables too.

This hotel is amazing! Towels were changed and trash was picked up every day, making me feel very clean and comfortable. The luggage storage service was also very convenient, allowing me to easily explore other attractions after checking out. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Tokyo Dome, and there are convenience stores around where you can easily buy the daily necessities you need. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay this time and highly recommend it to everyone!

Location is great. 1min to the train station and the various train lines takes to easily to popular places like Ginza, Shibuya, Asakusa and Shinjuku. I booked a bigger room so space wise is great I have sufficient space to open 2 big luggages. The room was bare minimum clean however the toilet had a really weird musky smell. **please beware But I was very upset with their security /housekeeping. It wasn’t cleaned properly and the 3rd day when they changed my sheets they left my door opened the whole day when I was out. When I came back, the door was left opened with the lock hinge on. Imagine my shock. Anyone could have just push open my door to take anything from my room. I informed the front desk and all they did was to apologize. There after I put do not disturb and no longer trusted the security of the hotel. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed during my Japan trip this had the worst Sercurity and housekeeping. The lifts could be accessed by anyone without tapping key card. Other than the location that was perfect and of cos the price was reasonable, I don’t think I will stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Located on a quiet street between 3 subway lines, very comfortable for getting around. Also, Akihabara is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat and drink a coffee around (the closest and quite good coffee is Tully's). The room itself is small, if not cramped, but there's a hack: cabin-size luggage easily fits under the bed, which makes it a bit easier to walk around the room. The cleanliness wasn't perfect, we found someone's hairs in the bathroom and the drain was clogged. Overall a nice hotel, but not a good value for money. Tokyo is expensive as hell, but one expects better quality for 120 USD per night.

I stayed here when my daughter was taking an exam. The staff were all kind and friendly. The room was old but well-cleaned. They also provided free sweets and coffee, which were delicious. It was conveniently located near the station and supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing was that the children were shouting and playing in the hallway at night, so I couldn't sleep. I know it's difficult, but I think it would be good if they could consider floor arrangements for students taking exams.

The room is narrow but has everything I need. Comparing to the holiday season and the convenient location I would say the price is fair. I really appreciate the cleaning lady to wake me up because I sleep too late for jet lag, otherwise I would not to meet my friends on time. Thanks again.
