Had to wait from 14:00hrs till 15:15hrs to get room. Unpleasant experience while checking out. The hotel billed higher rate than booking rate on Trip. Avoid this hotel if possible. There are far better options.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Extremely clean and spacious. Good value for money. Staffs are very attentive, thoughtful and professional. They even provided a surprised birthday cake for my husband! Bed sheet smells of newly washed clothes. So clean and refreshing. Will definitely stay here again when in Tashkent.

I really like this hotel. It is new hotel, very clean and in a good location. It is not far from the airport and close to a local bazaar. The reception and staff are very polite and professional. They can speak In English and attended to all our request. I highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel is very decent: large clean rooms, delicious varied breakfasts, service, soundproofing, convenient location - 3 minutes by car to the train station! We were happy with everything! There is a small wish: the work of the pool and gym (opens at 10 am, and I wanted to work out and swim in the morning, and then go to breakfast, but it was only possible in the evening after a busy day to warm up in the sauna, which is also good) I want to return to this hotel!
