I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. While it’s true that some of the interior facilities are a bit outdated and could use an upgrade, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location was convenient and easy to access, and I felt safe and comfortable during my time here.
Despite the older furnishings, the room was functional and had everything I needed. Wi-Fi worked well, and basic amenities were provided. It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking.
The restaurant also serves impeccable Sicilian food featuring local favorites like anchovies, swordfish, arancini, and cannolo.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the town center, but we found it more convenient to call taxi when we wanted to move around.

Amazing view in Taormina and nice service although the facilities are being old. And the visitors need to rely on shuttle bus service but the information is not transparency for the first time.

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too.
However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days.
Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town.
Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool.

A rather old hotel, with out of date facilities. Slow elevators and a rather poor quality breakfast, with too many sweet pastries and low quality cheap sausages!
The location was good with a rocky private beach on the ocean, and a swimming pool but one can notice the facilities are rather old. Overall a good location for a beach resort but facilities and quality of breakfast need improvements!
