This was booked for a family Christmas get together, we have two disabled members so the two groud floor bedrooms sounded a good idea, we took the trouble to call the company to check if it was wheelchair friendly and were told it was. It was not! The house was grubby, lots of cobwebs, the bathrooms downstairs not accessible by wheelchair. Nice big kitchen, the upstairs wet room, you can only stand up in if you are less than 5 foot tall! The bathroom upstairs did not have a plug!The company are not good with communiation and it took 3 months to return our security deposit. Emails do not get answered and the office do not tend to answer the phone. Nothing at all left as a welcome, so make sure you take all of your food estentials, on the plus side Morrisons is a 5 min walk away. Town centre a 15 min walk away.

From the minute we arrived till we left everything was perfect . The house is lovely , bedrooms roomy and plants of bathrooms and toilets for us all . Thank you to Minty for being at the end of the phone and helping us with a few things that cropped up . Hot tub was amazing and watching the sunset from it was great .

Ideal location for attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon. Large well equipped cottage that was very comfortable. Two large barns on one site could lead to parking issues and communication after booking was not always great but overall a good choice

Booked for a family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday and it was perfect. Large communal areas, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a good location about 10 minutes walk from a local pub and 30 minutes from town. Owners were very understanding when we had to cancel original date with a few days notice due to covid. Would definitely stay again.
