This was the best guest house in Pretoria that i stayed in so far, and i go to Pretoria often, the garden and room is very neat, and the workers was very polite. All i can say is it was an excellent experience.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. We had the Rose room on three different nights in between our traveling to different parts of S/A. The Room smelt very musty and damp. The bed was clean ish and also had a smell about it making it uncomfortable to sleep , there were cobwebs on the lampshade and dust all on the top curtains and on the shelves in wardrobes needless to say I didn’t want to unpack anything. It needs redecorating as it was very tired. We was told we could only drink the bottled water provided but the seal on it was broken so we would not touch it, after our 12 hour flight all we wanted to do was have a little sleep and the electricity kept tripping and the fuse board was in our room so the maids had to keep coming in to sort it, after the fourth time they asked me to do it for them, this made me feel uncomfortable and not safe with the electric. I will say the staff were very polite and always had a smile.

Hano and his staff went out of their way to make our stay at Royal Ridge a memorable one. I must complement his staff ladies in particular. Nice and Clean room. Received a lovely breakfast every morning. Only suggestion I would like to make is the following: We stayed 4 nights and received the same breakfast every morning. Although it was delicious and more than enough, maybe they should consider to just alternate it with another option for guests that stay more than 3 or 4 nights.

Wonderful experience! HUGE family room with privacy for the perfect Valentine's Treat. Breakfast was divine, including Lindt chocolate spread, which we enjoyed just as much as our 5 year old! Thank You for a perfect stay.

Great location with friendly staff that will go out of their way to help. Excellent breakfast. The beds are comfortable. The area is safe, and one can go for a walk or run.
