The Emporium Hotel Plovdiv - MGallery Collection

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are modern and attractive. It seems that the hotel has been renovated recently. The restaurant is nice and has good service. Breakfast was delicious - I recommend the omelette with the Bulgarian cheese.

This is a very nice and modern hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are super-comfy. We would definitely stay here again. There is also a great restaurant for breakfast attached (Torro). We don’t get an opportunity to have lunch or diner, but the omelet for breakfast was perfect.

Had the best sleep of my life, the beds are so comfy I laid in bed and fell asleep immediately. The rooms are very modern and full with smart features. You can control everything from your phone, from the curtains to the lights. Breakfast was very good as well, a la cart with a good amount of options. Every one is so kind and is ready to help you with anything. Definitely the best place to stay in Plovdiv!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Emporium Plovdiv – MGallery! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant design, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are beautifully designed—modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the stylish decor to the high-end amenities. The location is also perfect—central and convenient for exploring the rich history and culture of Plovdiv. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Plovdiv!

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. The lobby is huge, and the design is alienating. The room itself gave the feeling of being in a box even though I took a room with a balcony that was supposed to overlook an interior garden that was without flowers. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Certainly not the level of a five-star hotel. On the first day there was a buffet (which also lacked variety) but on the second morning the buffet disappeared, so the meal was poorer. I only liked the apple juice that was squeezed on the spot. In terms of location, about a fifteen-minute walk from the old city and it is better to look for a hotel that is already there

Stayed in Plovdiv September 6th for 3 nights . Our flight was diverted to Sofia en route so we were late arriving at the hotel. My partner was waiting for me in Plovdiv and was very kindly given access to my room on my behalf (I sent ahead my booking information and ID). Pamela was very courteous in sorting parking for my partners car and giving him a guided tour of the hotel and its facilities. Yani(Slav?) welcomed my colleagues and I and proceeded to check us in seamlessly with no issues - it was appreciated after a long day working. The room (221) was simply stunning , quiet , clean and really well appointed. The lighting was great and had all the amenities of a 5* hotel. Great products , nespresso machine , fridge , bottled water etc. My room during my stay was serviced daily and with such great care and attention. The lady housekeeper works extremely hard in her role - thank you Breakfast was a great experience, the gentlemen working in there are very well trained and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast has a small buffet but also an extensive a la carte menu too that you can order from. The coffee was wonderful as was the freshly squeezed orange juice The bellman Bashir was very smiley and always on hand to help - I hope he reads this and knows that he works very hard. Last but not least is Dimitir on reception. He is extremely competent and excellent at his job. Everyday he greeted us with a smile that was effortless and went above and beyond to check we were enjoying our stay in Plovdiv. One evening we were struggling to get a taxi and he called numerous companies to no avail. Finally a car arrived and he came out to talk to the driver and give him instructions on where to go. Really great service. You can tell that he is proud of his work and it really shows . Please congratulate Dimitir on a job well done This hotel is the best in the city by far - the service is great and the surroundings are beautiful . Cannot wait to return!
