We arrive at 21hrs,there is no people in the hotel. no body take care of us. We finally find a room unkocked, and we go in and get sleep, and at 2am someone try to open our door. They were new guest, we stucked. they find a women by phone, she said she was responsible to look after the hotel but she said she was not full time.. We change our room, the next and the other days we never see any service people in the hotel.
