This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station.
The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a 5 star hotel. This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those.
I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays.
Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port.
Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.
