Holiday Inn Hotels in Manchester

This hotel keeps up with the IHG standard. We are pleased with its cleanliness and great location. The only issue is that we found out the chair in our room was badly damaged. We have taken photos to avoid any claims. When we approached the front desk, the staff clarified that they are fully aware and it’s just a matter of a delay in their procurement. We can’t imagine this would happen at IHG group. Instead of leaving a broken chair in the room, they should remove it to avoid wasting our time to take pics and report the case.

We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

Really close to the tram stop. Helpful reception staff Room is a good size Clean No noise at night Bathroom had a bath!

The Holiday Inn West Manchester is located near university of Southport which make it very convenient for students here for exchange programs. There are nearby fast food outlets such as KFC and McDonald’s which makes it very convenient to purchase food after midnight. There are also shops such as JD sports, the Costa coffee enables convenience to get a quick meal when needed. Overall, the staff are friendly and I am very pleased with the stay here.

Family/friends weekend away. Hotel was very clean, Staff are very friendly and assisted when needed. Location is in a quiet area which was good away from noise. It was located near the venue needed to be and shops very close by. Disappointing issue No kettle in room, Beds smaller then normal twin beds. Didn't try breakfast. Will give it 9 out 10 for 3 star hotel.
