Simple hotel. Excellent cleaning. Each room only has one socket and it's not even in a suitable location. Staff are often unfriendly and when they don't understand what we need, they are rude. Tasteless food. Portuguese staff is polite and very helpful.

Hotel ok. Super friendly receptionists and bartenders, we had a good laugh. The waitresses at the restaurant raise eyebrows and are really unfriendly. The dishes were really good even if quite repetitive and even poorer in terms of desserts. On the other hand, the rice pudding was really not good. I got a pile of salt on a piece of meat and got a glare for not eating it. I didn't say the dish was bad. Just too salty for me. I wasn't asking for an apology but the glare honestly wasn't necessary. We had leftover cold pasta from 3 days ago. The mayonnaise had gone bad. I can understand that the cook is off on weekends but tasting the food before serving it, especially when the texture is questionable, is a minimum for me. Once again we upset the waitresses by leaving our pasta spoiled while we ate everything else. For once, a “we’re sorry, we’ll talk to the cook about it” would not have been bad. The hotel has a huge problem with keys. Frankly, it's inconceivable for a 3-star hotel. We had a room for 2 people with a 3rd bed which made moving around the room complicated and access to the air conditioning and a switch difficult (we had to climb on the beds) and they refused to take away this 3rd bed. extra. We didn't have any soap, the pot was empty. The rest was ok.

One of the worst hotels I've been to. Above all, don't trust their website which is just nonsense and ********! First of all, it is marked that the hotel has a parking lot but this is in fact reserved for the staff… Moreover, the staff announcing this to us is as friendly as a grave and explains to us that this is not the case. It's not their fault but that of the merchant site. In addition to the parking, upon arriving in the tiny room with dirty walls, we realize that more than half of the television channels do not work (obviously once again this is not the hotel's fault but storms dating back more than a month ago which broke the antenna) Finally the beds are very uncomfortable. The only positive point: the air conditioning which is rather pleasant during hot weather. In any case, I do not recommend this hotel at all, which deserves 1 more than its 3 stars!

Chambre minuscule digne d’un cabinet de pénitence. Pas d’eau chaude le matin, croissant bien sec au petit dej, ménage fait qu’au depart, humide++, SDB = un cagibi, une seule prise dans toute la chambre. Personnel et réception tres sympathique.

Albergo fatiscente, vecchia struttura assolutamente di bassissimo profilo igienico sanitario , carenze sui servizi di pulizia sulle piccolissime e scomode camere, con bagni piccoli e scomodissimi. Il ristorante offre un menù ripetitivo e da terzo mondo . È evidenziato che ha 3 stelle ma in realtà bisognerebbe tirarne via 2 e mezza. Se potete evitarlo, vi farete un gran regalo.
