住了不下10次了，非常nice。位置優越交通便利，過個橋就到五星步行街了。酒店設施齊全，0721房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，性價比高。房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，寶藏酒店。

這家酒店的工作人員服務態度都很好，前台接待人員非常熱情，入住手續辦理迅速，流程簡單，入住需要帶身份證，如果沒有帶身份證可以掃碼自助登記，單間的衞生也是做到不錯，乾淨整潔，床很舒服，服務員説老闆當初選的酒店用品都是選擇的好的，第一次入住這個酒店感覺還不錯，下次來柳州還是選擇這家酒店。
