The hotel is good located room are nice but a bit small , the hotel is close to many strategic area the service is not the best and it’s not the alredy also they can do better , room is clean aircon work well . Room are quiet at night so you can sleep calmly

I had a wonderful stay at Central City Hotel KL! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from public transport, shopping centers, and great local food spots. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the fast Wi-Fi, which was a bonus for my work needs. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, I definitely recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again!

2nd time staying in Central City, this time got a room that has better Cleanliness and a better View but the downside is just mainly the toilet door, sink and cubicle.. toilet door has a lot of holes and gaps like it had been wrecked up by previous patrons, leaking sink from below and the cubicle flush system is weak not good for people who can't control their bowels. Overall i'd give this a 6.2/10

Room is nice, staff is so helpful and friendly, the receptionist even offered me his dinner while i was waiting for my taxi to leave to the airport. Great value for the cheap price!

Even this hotel look like budget hotel, but the decoration like fancy. The first smart TV no Netflix when i complain it the staff take action immediately to change the smart TV with Netflix. So i like their service.
