38 km to the east from Kotka, Gulf of Finland/Reiviikinlahti, rapidly deepening sand bottom, rowing boat and big pier, water depth is about 3 m.
Log villa 2007, kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, office room with sofa bed, separate WC, bathroom with shower and WC, sleeping loft (max. height 1,7 m) with double bed, large partly covered terrace. There are Wi-Fi access (4G router) and three air source heat pumps in the villa. Two TVs, one of which is a smart TV.
The sea side sauna, completed in 2020, is in use all year round (there is no sauna in the main villa).
The sauna has a wood-burning stove with a water tank. Sauna waters must be carried from a distance of 30 meters (no running water in the sauna). The camping lanterns give atmospheric light in the dark (no electric lights). Both the steam / washroom and the dressing room have a beautiful view of the bottom of Reiviikinlahti and the evening sun shines on the sauna terrace.
Garage (used as a storage); 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and 2 SUP boards can be used freely. Power socket 3x16A for charging electric car (no extra charge). For summer day activities, e.g. fishing tackle, swimming toys, dart board, croquet, petanque, mölkky and frisbee golf basket with discs.
In addition to the gas grill, there are a gas grill burner, a masonry pan and a smoke box available. There is a campfire on the beach and sticks for frying sausages (can be found in the garage).
NOTE! Garage's equipment, gas grill and rowing boat are available during 1.5. - 31.10.
Please reserve a security deposit 150 euros in cash. Security deposit will be paid on site. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday after an inspection. Villa Katriina is a luxury, modernly furnished rental villa. The villa is ideal for families with children, plenty of space for many kinds of games and plays on the big grass yard. The destination is also ideal for boaters, thanks to the large pier.
