"The room was good, even without a window it didn't feel cramped. The space in the room was quite well arranged. The bed, bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom amenities were all in good condition. There was hot water, quality soap and shampoo available. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was good, convenient for walking around. On the day of the stay there was a food festival, very close by. This hotel has a 100 ringgit security deposit, which is returned upon check-out."

When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had thoughtfully accommodated my request made online to be near the elevator, as I was traveling with two young children and wanted to avoid walking too far. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. To our surprise, the minibar included a birthday cake, as I had mentioned online that we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks, which were a lovely bonus. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it allowed our two children to rest easily after getting tired from exploring the mall. It turned out to be exactly as we hoped—super convenient. The hotel is also close to a famous food street, but unfortunately, we couldn’t visit due to the rain. Instead, we dined at one of the many restaurant options within the mall. The breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious, and since our two kids are under five, they enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel.
