The room is very clean and big, but please note that there is a distinction between towers and resorts when booking. The environment of the tower is much better, but it is a little expensive, and the service attitude of the front desk is average.

The hotel is nice and well maintained- not a huge fan of the humidity but this is the case with most hotels here in Guinea. The service is great and the venue for work related business is amazing. As an expat- this is a guaranteed place for a good meal, getaway and work related activities!

Originally I gave this hotel a 5/5 because the staff are lovely, but they over charged me and will not give me the refund that is owed me. They ignore my phone calls and emails. Such a shame because the place is nice and the staff are marvelous. Here was my original review: We stayed at the Riviera Royal because they hosted our 1-wk conference of local professionals. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the staff were friendly and hospitable. For our conference management, we were assigned Fanta Kakoro, and I wanted to take a moment to say what a fantastic job she did in working with us. She handled all of our guests efficiently and was always professional and pleasant. She managed all issues (all minor) that came up and helped us reached resolution. Fanta is a valuable member of the Riviera Royal team and we appreciate the time spent with her on our conference.
