Great location.3 mins to metro. Approx 8mins to a shopping belt.
Hotel staff xiao zhou and ling dang are very friendly and helpful, very patient when u have questions.
Special thanks to xiao cai who was very helpful and cheerful. She gave us accurate information on where to visit and how to get around.
Special thanks to ban ban who managed my laundry for me, allowing me to sleep through the night while she watched the wash and put the laundry through dryer. Even arranged for the clothes to be sent to the room later in the day when i m put and hang them up in the closet.

We rebooked this hotel after the tour to Jiuzhaigou. It is very convenient to reach any destinations from subway Tianfu Square.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had suffered stomach problems, Ms Bam & her colleague were very thoughtful, even send in some medicines for my uneasiness. I'm also thankful to their housekeeper to clean out my washroom immediately.

Hotel is very good value for money. Near Tianfu Square exit F. It’s not a standalone hotel building but shared with other hotels so look for the PICC building. When coming from metro station need to cross the traffic light to see a panda shop in front of PICC building. Go towards the left to see the alleyway which lead you to the lift lobby.
Lift lobby is narrow and often crowded as there’s many other hotel guests using the same lift lobby to access their own hotel. Chaowa reception is at level 6. They served free Teabreak at level 5.
Room is clean and spacious even for the cheapest tier room.

Overall ok, odd location to have a hotel on level 5 and 6. Lobby is at level 6. Pretty quiet rooms, if people shout from outside it can be heard but considerate stayers. Hot water, kettle, tv, towels provided. Very good location just above the metro station, pleasant staff to greet and attend to you.no need for breakfast, just go out and eat

Hotel located near Tianfu Square subway station. Finding it is a real challenge. Signage in Chinese. The strategy is to ask the delivery guys. They will gladly show you where and they are everywhere n anytime.
The hotel is very clean n the room is spacious n clean.
Fresh daily change of white clean towel. We stayed for 6 nights. They do change the bedsheets. The manager Sky is very helpful. He shows us the laundry room n how to operate the washer n dryer. We were provided with 2 bottles of water daily and can ask for additional bottles if needed. Toiletries were also stocked daily. Very close to Chengdu Huangcheng Mosque.
There's lots of Halal food within walking distance.

Really good location. Nearby Tianfu Square Metro Station and Tianfu Square. Halal street for muslim food nearby Huangsheng mosque and Chengdu Museum. Provide self service laundry at the back reception counter. Staff able to speak english. Recommended to other travellers.

Perfectly located. Decent Chinese breakfast, the fare also included a really nice afternoon tea. We were welcomed with a fresh rose each and we received some gifts at the check-out. Really nice and helpful staff.
