Great room. Was surprised we had a little balcony outside where we could sun dry our clothes. Room was quite dated but had all the essentials. Stayed with 2 young kids and the sofa bed was comfortable enough for them. Ac was great too for the unbearable heat in bkk at the moment.

I like the location - a very convenient spot for the BTS train and proximity to many popular tourist attractions. I particularly like the hotel facilities, such as the nice meeting rooms, pool and sauna room inside the fitness centre. The food variety is good and they always have fresh cut fruits with a staff stationed there. I enjoyed the free upgrade of room to the premier level (thanks to the initiative of the staff).

There was a high chance that the bedroom had bed bugs and I was bitten at the legs . The hotel manager made arrangements and offered alternative room .
The next morning I was awoken by the noise of drilling and called the reception . After 2 calls and some exchanges , the noise stopped .
A follow up action was taken to offer me premier lounge access . However cockroaches was spotted

Location is very central. Nearby to MBK and Siam Paragon. Din really use the amenities bcos of the wet weather. The concierge very nice to help us to arrange for car to airport for 700thb.

Very good service. Location of hotel is also extremely convenient, as its a minute walk away from Siam station, which is connected to all the popular malls via the overhead walkway. Lobby looks really nice. Facilities and room was clean.
