unable to get pick up or drop off location for major tours but still conveniently located with good size. interestingly no bin bag for the one small sized bin in the washroom. not sure if it's part of the environmental policy

Awesome stay for my family and I in one of the quad rooms. While it was lerfect for one night, would recommend a unit with a kitchen for longer stays if travelling with small kids (to be able to clean baby bottles, etc.).

This nicely hotel located near the Auckland Sky Tower. Fast check in from the friendly reception staff and give me a room with the view of the tower….A big Thanks.The room is clean and with lots of amenities like a very nice smell cleaning shampoo, body, fast wifi access, hair dryer and many more.

Room was clean and tidy. You are to see recent release movie on their TV. Location is near to city centre.

It is quite close to the Sky Tower and the airport bus terminal. There is a restaurant downstairs. Although it does not offer breakfast, it is very crowded at mealtime, so the food is probably good. The room is green in style and very comfortable. The only drawback is that the shower room has only one piece of glass baffle, and the water will splash onto the floor outside when taking a shower. Maybe it was winter when I checked in, so there was no bottled water. Overall, it was good.

This brand of hotel is the only one I've stayed in that provides sanitary napkins in the rooms and public toilets. It's very friendly to women, and it's the only one that proactively emailed me after I checked out to ask what I did with the clothes I left in the room. There are many restaurants across the street, and the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel allows you to order food and deliver it to your room, which is very convenient.

The room is not big, but the bed is big and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is OK. The whole room is clean and tidy, with simple facilities and good humanization. The power sockets are widely distributed. The overall service of the restaurant, guest room and front desk is very good.

The breakfast is rich, the location is very convenient, the service is also very good, the room is small, the elevator is convenient, you can order lunch and dinner at the hotel, there is luggage storage service, you need to pay a 1 yuan deposit for each room you check in, and you will return it when you check out !
