Room was old and averaged size. One of the towels was not clean. The hairdryer still had a string of hair on it. Felt a bit itchy as well sleeping on the bedding. Service was excellent though with regard to luggage storage.

An average hotel in the middle of town. It is an old hotel on a busy street with bars and strip clubs. You do get some drunk and crazy people outside the hotel at night. But again, you are in the mix of things and have excellent restaurants nearby.

Things went wrong from the moment I was checking in.
I booked the executive King room at 32m and they attempted to get me to accept a tiny room in the corner of the building. When I asked for the correct room. The Gaslight was turned on.
Dishonest or a scam. Hard know which because their slaves are DEI hires.
D = Dumb E = elderly I = Ignorant.
Won't stay here ever again.
MINIBAR was a huge joke. See photos.

Good location. Unfortunately, the local traffic is annoying with variable speed 20, 25,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110. I will not drive there in Southern Australia.

The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the food was not very nice unfortunately. It didn’t taste fresh from the bacon and eggs, to the smoothie and even the bread rolls were going stale. The pool was too cold to go in, there wasn’t any snacks or complimentary anything except tea and coffee with enough milk for only 2 drinks for guests, and car parking was also expensive even with the hotel room no discounts given. It would have been more enjoyable had the pool been heated and even other facilities like a games area with a pool table or pinball machines or something for entertainment. Great location in central Adelaide cbd. Dated hotel but very good room size. Helpful and friendly service. Good cleaning service.
